The missing piece

Everybody says “learn copywriting.” Nobody says what to write, or who pays for it.

You’ve read the threads. Watched the videos. Burned data on a free course and quit around module two.

Your bio already says writer. Your account doesn’t.

Somebody with your exact phone, in your exact area, got paid for words this month. Not because they write better than you — because someone showed them the door.

Everyone teaches the skill. Nobody shows the door.

You know copywriting pays. You just don’t know what to write, or who pays. In two hours, you’ll have all three.

The AI part

You already tried ChatGPT. You could tell something was wrong.

A caption in four seconds. Smooth. Grammatically perfect. Completely dead.

You posted it anyway. Two likes, one from your sister. Not one serious client in your DMs.

Everyone thinks AI killed writing. It did the opposite.

AI made words free — which is exactly why the right words are worth more than ever.

About Solomon

My first ₦10,000 came from 1,000 words.

Solomon Olayemi

I wrote them on a cracked Samsung, on a bus home, thumb-typing between stops because I didn’t have a laptop and couldn’t afford to wait until I did.

I wasn’t a writer. I had no portfolio, no training, and no idea what I was worth — I’d have said yes to ₦2,000 if they’d offered it.

What I had was one thing I’d figured out by accident: people don’t buy what you’re selling. They buy what it changes. Every job since has come from that one idea.

That was the beginning of everything.

Since then I’ve built creative for brands you use every week — the Access Bank Corporate Forum 2024 campaign, motion and campaign work for Wakanow, Africa’s largest travel tech company, and work for Petralon. I design for the actor Stan Nze, and still handle his work today.

A billboard I developed and executed sits on the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway for Mainland Park. Customer enquiries went up 30% in the first month. That’s the number that matters — not that it looked good, but that it moved something.

I’ve taught design and creative strategy at American Corner Lekki, a US Mission Nigeria programme, and I convened Sip, Speak & Create, a Creative and Tech Leadership Summit in Lagos.

Why I’m teaching this one free

Seeing people’s creative abilities come alive is why I do what I do. Creativity exists in all of us — it just needs the right spark.

I’ve watched too many people with real ability stay broke because nobody told them where the door was. Not talent. Not effort. Just nobody showing them the part that everybody leaves out.

That’s the whole class. Two hours, and you leave with the part everybody leaves out.

Who’s teaching

What happens in the two hours

Three things, and you’ll write during the class.

1

Write copy that sells

The frameworks professional copywriters actually use — not “be authentic,” not “know your audience.” The real structures, taught so you can use them tonight. You’ll write a real piece during the class, and I’ll critique as many as time allows, live.

2

Use AI without sounding like AI

The five tells that give it away. The four things AI should genuinely do for you. And the one thing you must never let it do, which is the thing most people are letting it do right now.

3

Land your first paying client

Where they actually are — and it’s closer than you think. The exact message that turns a free sample into a paid job. Why showing work beats asking for a chance, every single time.

The stack

It’s free. Here’s what that’s actually worth.

The 2-hour live masterclass

Why free? Because I want people from this room in the next thing I build, and the fastest way to earn that is to give you something that works first. That’s the whole trade, and I’d rather say it plainly than pretend it’s charity.

What you walk away with

Three things you leave with, whatever you decide afterwards.

Certificate of completion, issued in your name
The Instant Credibility CertificateIssued in your name the day after class. The thing you attach when a client asks what you’ve done before — so “no experience” stops being the reason you lose the job.
The AI Prompt Set — a prompt engineering framework on a phone
The 100+ Prompt Vault That Doesn’t Sound Like AIRole, context, example, action, constraints, objective — the six-part structure, plus 100+ ready prompts for research, angles, hooks and critique. Paste one in and get copy a client would actually pay for, on the first try.
The Get Paid For Words replay portal — three lessons and a locked bonus
The Unlimited Rewatch PassEvery minute of the class, plus the files, yours to replay for as long as you need them. One condition: show up live and stay at least 30 minutes. Do that and it lands in your inbox.

Live only

Three things that only happen if you actually turn up.

Your writing critiqued by name

The replay can’t do this. This is the part that changes how you write.

The Client List

Goes out live, in the room, once.

Q&A

Ask anything. I’ll answer the awkward ones too.

The replay is real, and so are the files — but they go only to people who showed up live and stayed at least 30 minutes. And even then, a replay is the transcript of the room, not the room.

The promise on your time

The class is free. Your evening isn’t.

Stay just 30min of the full
2 hours

The class runs two full hours. Here’s my guarantee on the only thing it actually costs you:

Give it thirty minutes. If by then you don’t think this is worth the rest of your evening, leave. No hard feelings, no follow-up asking why, and you keep whatever you’ve already written.

I’d rather you go than sit through ninety more minutes of something that isn’t for you.

What people said

Loved by people who came in with nothing.

Straight from the WhatsApp group, after previous classes.

Real messages, pasted as written. Surnames trimmed, nothing else changed.

And one more thing

We’re ending with a look at what comes after words.

The last stretch of the class is a preview — not a full module, and I’ll say so in the room.

Sneak peek

Vibe coding & agentic workflows

How people are building small tools and automations now without being developers — and why the person who can write the instruction is the one who gets the most out of it.

This is the same skill you’ll have spent two hours on, pointed at a machine instead of a customer. You’ll see what it looks like, what it’s genuinely good for, and where it falls over.

A preview, honestly labelled. If it’s the part you want more of, that’s what the paid class is for — and you’ll already know whether it’s for you.

Seats

Google Meet has a limit. So does this room.

When it’s full, it’s full. Registration closes 25 September or when the room fills, whichever comes first.

Questions

Before you register.

Is it really free?
Yes. Nothing to pay, now or during the class. No card details.
What if I can’t make it live?
Register anyway — the replay goes to everyone. But the critique, the client list and the Q&A only happen live.
I’ve never written anything before.
Then this is built for you. We start from zero and you’ll write something before it ends.
Is there something to buy at the end?

Yes, and I’d rather tell you now than ambush you. There’s a paid class afterwards for people who want to turn this skill into an actual service they can sell.

The two hours stand completely on their own — you leave with the skill either way, and nobody will chase you.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes — a certificate of completion, issued in your name after the class. Attend and it’s yours.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Everything in this class works on a phone.
Is copywriting still worth learning with AI around?
That’s most of hour two. Short version: AI made the words free and the judgment expensive. This class is about the judgment.

Two hours.
One skill.
Zero naira.

You’ll never have a cheaper way to find out whether this is for you.
